Through the beautiful art of Kantha Quilting, we breathe new life into discarded fabrics, transforming them into unique, handcrafted Vintage Quilts & home décor products. Each piece tells a story of resilience and creativity, allowing us to honor the past while embracing a sustainable future.

In our commitment to reducing pollution, we proudly utilize natural dyes in our processes. By choosing this eco-friendly approach, we avoid the harsh chemicals found in synthetic dyes, ensuring that our products are safe for both our environment and the communities we serve.

Since 2013 We have embraced traditional hand block printing techniques over chemical dyes and machine printing, which not only reduces emissions but adds a personal touch to each item we craft, celebrating the artistry of our skilled artisans. Hand Dyeing of HandSpun Yarns of Cotton ,Linen and Banana fibre eventually to be HandWoven into fabrics for garments making, anchors our dedication towards Eco Friendly methods and practises to reduce the negative impact of fast fashion and impulsive consumption.

TOGETHER let’s choose to make the Difference...

At Project rangamaati, we unite various elements harmoniously. Timelessness meets modernity. Indigenous crafts blend with global trends. Artisans and entrepreneurs come together. Incomes align with fair trade. Freedom intertwines with protection. Love intersects with commerce.

It is quite ironic that the nation with arguably the richest heritage of crafts also hosts many craftsmen who are significantly marginalized. To address this reality, Project rangamaati was founded, undertaking the mission to mesh the various contrasting aspects of India’s handicraft landscape in the digital realm.

We are a dedicated group passionate about Indian craft and the artisans behind it. We cherish the uniqueness of each piece created by our artisans, as each one is distinct and one-of-a-kind. We recognize that our artisans themselves are unique, embodying a wealth of authentic legacy and cultural tradition. We are committed to safeguarding both.

You might say we are a Social Enterprise with a Heart.

We explore the hidden crafts and artisans in the forgotten villages of Bengal, Odisha, Rajasthan & Gujarat. To bolster all things related to craft, we collaborate with like-minded individuals and organizations—NGOs, self-help groups, craft-focused businesses, and others who share our mission.

Our partnerships are directly with artisans and craft-centric organizations, bypassing traditional middlemen. We strive to assist our artisans in updating traditional designs to make them more appealing.

We extend an invitation for you to partner with us. Like many things we create, the success of our initiative relies on the collaboration of two types of people.

YOU and Us.
